Creating Your Portrait |
The process I use to create your shamanic portrait is based in a deep respect for your highest good. From your initial consultation to the delivery of your portrait, I strive make your experience a rich and rewarding one.
Here are the six steps to receiving your own Shamanic Portrait.
1. Placing Your Portrait Order
In order for me to begin work, it will be important for you to complete the Shamanic Portrait Order Form and include a deposit for fifty percent (50%) of the total cost. You can find price information on the order form. The form also provides you with the space to indicate what times during the day or evening you are available for an initial telephone consultation.
Although meeting with you in person is always a pleasure it is not necessary in order to journey on your behalf and create a painting from this information.
2. Your Initial Consultation: The Intention for Your Journey
I will call you at a time that is convenient for you to conduct our first of two telephone consultations. This initial discussion is designed to answer any remaining questions you may have about the process and to arrive at a clear intention for the shamanic journey that I will take on your behalf. This shamanic journey will provide a message from your spirit guides that will be portrayed in your Shamanic Portrait. Your intention can be structured as a question of importance and framed for your specific needs.
At the conclusion of this discussion, we will confirm a follow-up appointment for me to report the results of your shamanic journey to you.
3. Taking A Shamanic Journey On Your Behalf
In undertaking your shamanic journey, I rely on core shamanic techniques that have been used across many cultures all over the world. This journey will reveal images from your spirit guides that will address your original question and form the basis of your Shamanic Portrait.
4. Reporting of Your Shamanic Journey
To provide you with a report of your journey, I will simultaneously narrate and record the experience on a cassette tape. After the journey is complete, I transcribe these notes to create a written report of your journey, which I will share with you during our second telephone consultation before mailing or emailing it to you.
5. Painting Your Shamanic Portrait
Now it's time to take the essential information from your shamanic journey and put it into visual form. I create a detailed sketch of the message from your journey and transfer my sketch onto watercolor paper. Then the painting begins. It can take me up to two weeks to complete your Shamanic Portrait using primarily watercolors with additional mediums such as colored pencils and pastels.
6. Delivery and Final Payment for Your Shamanic Portrait
Once I complete your Shamanic Portrait, I will ship to you as you have requested in your initial order form. The day I ship it, I will send you an email or fax, which includes your tracking information.
I will enclose an invoice for the balance of your purchase, which you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or a personal check.
